Motor replacement
Burnt winding or stripped gear. Genuine Mosel, Somfy and Becker tube motors, sized to the correct torque.
Emergency call-out
A shutter stuck open is a security problem, not a repair job. We secure the premises first, at any hour.
Remote and receiver
Lost pairing, failed receiver board, shortened range. Remote duplication and re-programming.
Backup power supply
A healthy UPS opens the shutter 5–10 times during a power cut. Battery life is typically 2–3 years.
New installation
Galvanised steel or polyurethane-filled aluminium, made to measure. Free survey and measurement.

Warranted parts
Every part we fit is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The certificate and invoice are handed to you as soon as the work is done.
The price is fixed before we start
It does not change afterwards. If an extra part is needed we call you first and get approval.
Genuine parts
Mosel, Somfy and Becker motors, original receiver boards. If an equivalent must be used, we say so beforehand.
We leave it as we found it
Removed parts, filings and packaging go with us. The shop is handed back ready to open.
